An escape room (also known as an escape game or puzzle room) is an interactive experience in which your team must discover clues, solve puzzles, and accomplish tasks in order to 'escape the room' in under 60 minutes.
Don't worry, if you get stumped, you can always ask your game host for a clue.

Not really. For your safety and enjoyment, there will always be an unlocked exit (or you will be provided an emergency key) to allow you to exit the space if necessary.

Groups of 4-8 people are the ideal size to get the most out of the experience, but our rooms can accommodate from 2 to 10 players. If you want to play with a larger group, give us a call and we may be able to accommodate you by getting cozy or by splitting your group up into multiple teams.

We welcome players of all ages. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Younger players may find some puzzles too challenging to solve alone, but often enjoy helping to search for clues.
If anyone in your group has impaired mobility or has a hearing or vision disability, please notify us ahead of time so we can make sure to accommodate your team's needs.

All of our bookings are private and we will never place multiple groups in the same room. A game host will be available to assist you but will remain outside the room - you will be able to communicate with your host through microphones in the room.

If you are planning a team building event, a birthday party, bachelor/bachelorette party, or any other event, please reach out to us through the 'Private Events' tab or give us a call and we would be happy to discuss how to best meet your needs. Large group discounts and packages are available.

Downtown Rochester has metered street parking along most streets. Parking is free on weekends and after 6pm on weekdays. Paid parking is also available at the East End Garage.
